Is whats happening in Calgary so amazing or is it all just common sense?
Reading though this article makes me smile because it is a shining example of the results you can get by stepping up to the plate and holding people accountable for their actions.
What Calgary has done is what every municipality should be doing and we have no more excuses, we know that these changes work, the numbers don't lie.
Wake up BC! it's time for us as a Province to start thinking proactive rather than reactive.
